Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ) newspaper and Wüest Partner's Immo-Monitoring
property market reports.
They are calculated for the following use classes: rented apartments,
owner-occupied apartments, single-family houses, office, retail and industrial space.
The nationwide indices are updated on a quarterly and the market region indices on a
semi-annual basis.
